WHY USE Penco® SPORT ENERGY BAR ?

Penco® Sport Energy Bar contain carbohydrates as well as a small amount of protein in the form of protein crisps.

MCT fats (Medium Chain Triacylglycerols) are a completely unique ingredient. MCT fats provide energy much faster than other fats and could potentially save glycogen. They are transported directly to the liver and burned for energy.

We recommend PENCO® SPORT ENERGY BAR bars during training or endurance competitions (running, cycling, etc.), as well as for replenishing energy during various sports activities or anytime during the day as a quick snack.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, yogurt coating [sugar, vegetable fats in varying proportions (palm kernel, palm, shea), dried whey, dried skimmed milk, 2% dried yogurt (milk, yogurt culture), acidity regulator: citric acid; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; flavoring, vanilla extract], oat flakes, protein crisps (soy protein isolate, tapioca starch, salt ), dried cranberries 7.5% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), corn flakes (corn grits, sugar, edible salt, barley malt extract), rapeseed oil, raspberry granules [fruit 43.5% (16% raspberry juice, 14% raspberry puree, apple puree), sugar, fructose syrup, rice flour, palm fat, flavoring, gelling agent: pectins; acid: citric acid], emulsifier: sunflower lecithin 1.6%, MCT oil 1%, beetroot concentrate, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), flavoring, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of peanuts and nuts.

Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 bars, children and pregnant women 1 bar. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Best before the date stated on the packaging. Store and keep in a dry place below 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
