WHY USE PENCO® Whey Protein?

The protein source is exclusively whey protein concentrate (WPC), obtained by a unique gentle Cross-Flow Microfiltration (CFM) process that preserves a high proportion of biologically active fractions (β-lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptide).

CFM whey protein concentrate contains up to 80% of proteins of high biological value and is low in fat and lactose. Thanks to instantization, it is water soluble and easily absorbed. Compared to whey isolate or hydrolysate, it contains more vitamins and minerals, especially calcium and magnesium. It is advisable to include it at a longer interval after exercise (60-90 min) or at night. Note: Whey hydrolysate is obtained by enzymatic cleavage of long chains of whey protein. The grafted shorter chains are then better absorbed.  Unlike WPC, whey hydrolysates are recommended immediately after exercise. Enzymatic hydrolysis produces a high quality, easy to use protein, but at the cost of compromising taste.

One serving of PENCO® Whey Protein provides 37g of protein, which contributes to muscle growth and maintenance. The high vitamin B6 content supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.For better digestibility, PENCO® Whey Protein is enriched with a blend of plant-derived Opti-7-DIGEST digestive enzymes.

COMPOSITION: whey protein concentrate 85% (98.5% whey protein concentrate, 1.5% soy lecithin), L-glutamine 5%, taurine 5%, flavor, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), natural pistachio green color (curcumin, copper complexes of chlorophyllins), sweetener: steviol glycoside, Opti-7-Digest 0.1% (mixture of plant enzymes amylase, cellulase, lactase, lipase, protease, papain, bromelain). Mineral substances are a natural part of the raw materials present.

PREPARATION AND USE: Depending on the intensity of the exercise and the current protein needs, mix 50g of PENCO® WHEY PROTEIN (4 heaped scoops), e.g. with a shaker in 200 ml of cold water or 25g (2 heaped scoops) in 100 ml of water. For children from 12 years of age, half the dose depending on the exercise. Drink the cocktail prepared in this way 60-90 minutes after the end of the exercise, or at night. To achieve the desired effects, follow the preparation procedure. Do not exceed the maximum recommended consumption, i.e. 100g per day. Make sure to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of any difficulties after using the product, discontinue its use.
