WHAT IS PALATINOSE™?
Unique disaccharide isomaltulose (Palatinose™) is the first slow-digestible sugar that gives the muscles and brain the same amount of energy (4 kcal / g) as sucrose or glucose, but over a longer period of time. While normal sugar or glucose makes use of the body very quickly, and the blood sugar level drops to basal level after about 60 minutes, the isomaltulose carbohydrate is metabolized much more slowly and its blood level is fully exhausted after 2 hours.
HOW DOES THE CONTAINED BCAA WORK?
Studies show that BCAA´s can reduce fatigue and increase endurance exercise performance. BCAA´s are rapidly absorbed in the body and can be used as:
