It provides all the nutrients needed to maintain performance and reduce hunger during training or competition. In addition to a wide range of vitamins and minerals, it contains plant proteins, essential for muscle regeneration and growth, and polysaccharides, which provide the necessary amount of energy to start a new day. Unlike other similar products on our market, Penco® Pelupa Lactose Free is unique in its high lecithin content.

It is enriched with a wide range of vitamins, especially vitamins C, B6, B12, and folic acid, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

In addition, it contains iron in an organic, easily absorbable form as ferrous bisglycinate. Iron supports the normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to oxygen transport in the body. Iron absorption is increased by the high vitamin C content. One serving of Penco® Pelupa Lactose Free contains 10 mg of iron, which represents about 70% of the recommended. Iron supplementation is especially important for endurance athletes to maintain performance.

INGREDIENTS: instant whole grain corn 55%, dried vegetable drink (glucose syrup, coconut fat, emulsifier: mono- and diacylglycerol esters of fatty acids with tartaric acid, stabilizer: potassium phosphates, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide ), soy protein isolate, sucrose, cocoa 5%, glucose, honey 2%, thickener citrus pectin, emulsifier soy lecithin, maple syrup powder, sunflower oil, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin mixture (L-ascorbic acid, DL-α- tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), ferrous bisglycinate, antioxidants: vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate) and L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate), β carotene.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For adults, mix 4 scoops (50 g) of powder with approx. 140 ml of water to form a paste; for children aged 12 and over, mix 2 scoops (25 g) with 70 ml; for children aged 3 and over, mix 1 scoop (15 g) per day. Eat either for breakfast or 30-120 minutes before exercise.

Maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you experience any difficulties after taking the product, discontinue use.
