WHY USE Penco® Iron Sport plus?
The source of iron is ferrous bisglycinate (ferric glycine-iron-glycine) with high bioavailability. Based on testing and expert studies, this chelated form of iron is well tolerated, does not irritate the digestive tract and does not cause constipation.
Iron aids in the normal transfer of oxygen in the body, which is especially important for aerobic training. It is part of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to the cells, and also part of myoglobin, which supplies oxygen to the muscles. Iron, along with vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid, contributes to the production of red blood cells. Vitamin C enhances iron absorption and helps to transport iron throughout the body copper, which is needed for the binding of iron to the blood pigment haemoglobin.
Penco® Iron Sport plus is enriched with dried beetroot juice and nettle extract, rich in minerals, especially iron.
