PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For adult 6 tablespoons (50g) powder mix into 150-200ml water or milk for porridge, for children from 12 years 4 tablespoons (30g) in 100ml for children from 3 years 2 tablespoons (15g) in 50 ml per day. It is either for breakfast or 30-120 minutes before exercise. Use according to a personal diet plan in a quantity proportional to the current body load.
