Protection of personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and directly applicable European Union regulations, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended by Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on the protection of personal data on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended. In the following rows we will show you how and for what purpose we process your personal data and who may be the processors. Who is the administrator of your data?

For what purpose do we manage personal data and how long?

Product Order - We may process your personal information when ordering goods or services without your explicit consent for the purpose of performing the contract, that is, for the purpose of delivering goods or rendering services. In addition, we may process these data in order to comply with our statutory obligations (in particular registration duties, archiving of tax documents, etc.) and for the purpose of protecting our legal claims.

Account Registration - We manage your personal information with your consent to enable you to access, manage and manage your user account on this website. Account management helps you to make your purchases or use of our services easier or offer discounts in connection with a loyalty program. We manage the data for a maximum of 10 years or until withdrawal of consent.

Newsletters - We manage personal data to send business messages, including product offerings and our direct marketing services. We are authorized to use your e-mail address without your explicit consent to receive commercial communications relating to our goods or services similar to those you have ordered from us. Subscription to newsletters can be revoked in any business message in the footer using the link "Unsubscribe" or similar.

We manage the data for a maximum of 5 years or until withdrawal of consent.

Identification and addressing data can be used in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest in the creation of internal statistics. Anonymized outputs from these statistics are used to improve our services, including user and marketing behavior analysis.

We process your personal data obtained through cookies based on your consent (which you can grant by web-based confirmation after you have been alerted to the use of cookies and have had the opportunity to become acquainted with these Terms of Use). We are authorized to process personal data obtained through cookies even if you continue to use the web interface even after you have been notified of the processing of this personal data. What other third party services do we use?

In order to gain feedback on our services or products and their further promotion, we also use the following third-party services that can collect personal data and work within the scope of the processing contract or the current addendum for their processing.

Heureka - Validated by customers
Purchase satisfaction is ensured by Heureka via e-mail questionnaires within the Customer Verified Program where our e-shop is involved. We send you every time you buy us if within the meaning of Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. about certain information society services, you will not decline to send our business communications or withdraw your previously granted consent. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position, we use the processors who are the Heureka.cz operator; we can transfer information about purchased goods and your e-mail address for these purposes.

SmartSupp
In order to improve our visitors' visitor browsing, we use Smartsupp's third-party application to provide online chat and support for our customers. By using this site service, you may be able to store your personal data as a third party party, including Smartsupp.com, s.r.o., Tax ID No. CZ03668681. How are my data protected?

We make every effort to protect all personal data we process, against their escape or theft. For this reason, we restrict their handling, copying, transferring or accessing them only for the essential purposes for which you have given us consent or where this purpose is defined by law. Who has access to personal data?

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator in the sense of the ZOOU, but the personal data can be processed by the processors also for the Administrators:
