A prerequisite for continuing to perform high intensity is slowing down the loss of carbohydrate stores (muscle glycogen) and just for that moment Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL - a unique energy gel based on a combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes and vitamin E.

Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL increases carbohydrate “fuel” before and during performance. It contains a special blend of complex carbohydrates (maltodextrins) and simple sugars (glucose and fructose) and now newly Palatinose for gradual release of energy during prolonged sports performance.

Isomaltulose PalatinoseTM is. a natural substance, a slow digestible carbohydrate with a low glycemic index in the body, it is metabolised more slowly than other sugars without significantly increasing glucose levels, giving muscles and the brain the same amount of energy as sucrose or glucose, but over a longer period of time.

The Na + (sodium) and K + (potassium) ions present supplement the minerals lost by sweat during heavy performance. Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL is enriched with Vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress, the danger of which is particularly high during extreme physical stress.

USE: Pour up to 5 doses of Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL, ie 175 g / 130 ml, into the “Soft Flask” vial for re-use depending on the expected length and intensity of the load. Use the Soft Flask gel the next day. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 3 months. After use, rinse Soft Flask thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
DOSAGE: use 1 dose (about 35 g / 26 ml) 5-10 min before excersise, every 30 min during the excersise. Each dose wash down with 150-200 ml of water or a hypotonic drink. The maximum recommended daily dose is 175 g / 130 ml.
COMPOSITION:maltodextrins 44%, water, isomaltulose*(Palatinose TM) 10%, glucose, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, sea salt, aroma, concentrate from carrot and hibiscus, preservatives : potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, vitamin E (DL- alfa-tocopheryl acetate) * Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
