Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL increases the level of carbohydrate "fuel" before and during exercise. It contains a special blend of complex carbohydrates (maltodextrins) and simple sugars (glucose and fructose) and now, newly, Palatinos for a gradual release of energy during prolonged athletic performance.
Isomaltulose Palatinose TM is. a natural substance, a slowly digestible carbohydrate with a low glycemic index It is metabolized more slowly in the body than other sugars without significantly increasing glucose levels, It provides the muscles and brain with the same amount of energy as sucrose or glucose, but over a longer time interval.
The Na+ (sodium) and K+ (potassium) ions present replenish minerals lost through sweat during strenuous exercise. Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL is enriched with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, which is especially dangerous during extreme physical exertion.

USE: Depending on the expected duration and intensity of the exercise, pour up to 5 doses of Penco® ENERGY GEL LONG TRAIL , i.e. 175 g/130 ml, into the reusable Soft Flask. Use the gel in the Soft Flask within the next day. Store the economical packaging in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 3 months. After use, rinse the Soft Flask thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
DOSAGE: Use 1 dose (approx. 35 g/26 ml) 5-10 min prior to exercise, and every 30 min during exercise or additional doses as needed. Each dose of gel should be washed down with 150-200 ml of water or hypotonic drink. The maximum recommended daily dose is 175 g/130 ml.
INGREDIENTS: maltodextrins 44%, water, isomaltulose* (Palatinose TM) 10%, glucose, fructose, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, flavouring, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), caramel colour. * Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
Follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In case of any difficulties after taking the product, discontinue use. Minimum shelf life until the date marked on the packaging. Store and keep at a temperature below 10-25 oC.
